LOS ANGELES - Recently released figures of revenues taken collectively from member property hotels in the 2012-2013 L.E Hotels collection, show a collective average of a 6% growth rate. The rate then showed a 12.90% change in January and February, more than doubling over the first two months of 2014.

L.E. Hotels, a collection of independently owned and operated hotels that spans across 23 countries in four continents, limits its number of properties to 200 hotels in order to keep to its high standards of exceptional services, including a global distribution system, 14 global sales offices and extensive communications channels. Of prime importance is that the global distribution system connects properties seamlessly to travel agents worldwide, as well as to affiliated web-based travel portals.

Founder and Chairman of L.E. Hotels, Efrem Harkham, said, ”I attribute the continued growth of L.E. Hotels to its very uniqueness. In an era where “sameness” seems to be the norm within the hospitality industry, L.E. Hotels features a compilation of singular boutique-style deluxe properties that offer differentiation in décor, often reflecting local cultural sensibilities or compelling design and architectural elements. The settings of these properties also become an L.E. Hotels differentiation in that member properties are found in or around historical or extraordinary locations, attributes attractive and important to guests.” Adds Harkham, “L.E. Hotels member properties also gain an undisputed technological lead through its global distribution system, which, in turn, maximizes their revenues.”

A particular L.E. Hotels brand advantage for properties searching to align themselves with a global hotel brand, chain or collection, is the fact that the brand is not managed by a large corporation rather by a visionary veteran hotelier, Efrem Harkham, who is intimately aware, through his own experiences as a hotel owner of more than 30 years, of each property’s nuanced needs and has made it his personal commitment to have the expertise of the L.E. Hotels brand support each property’s efforts to increase their visibility, ultimately increasing revenue.
