Liberty Group and Starwood Hotels are proud to announce that the Aloft Tampa Downtown has made its debut in the heart of downtown Tampa, Florida, following a two-year adaptive re-use project that has transformed the former Mercantile Bank office building into the city's hippest hotel.
Owned and managed by the Liberty Group in a joint-venture partnership with Convergent Capital Partners, Aloft Tampa Downtown is designed for the next generation of travelers with 130 spacious, loft-like rooms, forward-thinking technology and a vibrant, social atmosphere. Boasting an unique location on Tampa's Riverwalk, it is the brand's first hotel on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Hotel amenities include the Aloft brand's signature W XYZ®bar located adjacent to the waterfront pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
