Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Cushman & Wakefield announced today a new appointment to its Occupier Services executive team. Sheryl Moore-Marlette, Senior Managing Director, will serve as Occupier Regional Lead for the U.S. East Region, reporting to Mark Wanic, Americas Head, Occupier Services. In this position, she will oversee client service teams and further strengthen C&W’s national Occupier platform.

Ms. Moore-Marlette brings more than 20 years of Corporate Real Estate experience in diverse domestic and international environments. She has extensive experience in account operations and nearly all areas of Occupier services including project management, strategy and transactions as well as property and facility management. Most recently, Ms. Moore-Marlette worked with CBRE, serving as Chief Operating Officer for a major retail banking client. She was responsible for the management and oversight of a 48 million sf global portfolio and approximately 650 professionals.

“Sheryl is a fantastic addition to our executive team,” said Mr. Wanic. “Her extensive experience working with major clients, her industry expertise and her strong leadership skills makes her a great fit for C&W’s client-focused approach.”

Ms. Moore-Marlette started her career at Trammell Crow in 1997 as a Senior Project Manager for a major banking institution. She was a Senior Vice President and Global Project Manager at the time of Trammel Crow’s acquisition by CBRE in 2006. At CBRE, she continued to work with global financial services clients, expanding her service line and international expertise. Ms. Moore-Marlette is an expert at building teams of professionals and linking different cultures during the process of merger transitions and outsourced relationships.

Ms. Moore-Marlette received her BFA in Interior Design from Winthrop University and has a PJM-1 Certification from the University of Texas. She is a CoreNet member, a coach and a co-leader of the Educational Globalization Organization (EGO), which focuses on connecting schools and students worldwide.
