Hilton Orlando Strengthens Sales Team with Three Strategic New Appointments

The award-winning Hilton Orlando is proud to announce the strategic appointments of Isa Lee as southeast senior sales manager, John Cullinane as northeast and mid-Atlantic senior sales manager and Jenny Bacca as business development manager. With more than 30 years of experience combined, all three hospitality experts will work to create a seamless experience meeting planners and attendees have come to expect from Hilton Hotel & Resorts.

With more than 18 years of hospitality experience, Lee joins the Hilton Orlando team as the new southeast senior sales manager. She will oversee all sales activities in the southeast market, from Florida to Kentucky, focusing on corporate and association groups with 200 rooms or more on peak nights. Previously, Lee held a variety of senior level sales leadership roles ranging from PGA National Resort and Spa to Hyatt Regency Philadelphia, contributing to all sales, marketing and public relations efforts.

“The hospitality industry is truly my passion. I look forward to building new partnerships and seeing old friends in the Southeast market,” said Lee. “My goal is to be able to provide compelling solutions for meeting and event needs in our great city of Orlando.”

Prior to joining Hilton Orlando, John Cullinane worked for more than eight years at Marriott International Hotels. He most recently served as director of group sales at Boston Marriott Burlington, leading the team to achieve budgeted revenue goals for room nights and banquet along with discovering new business and growing existing partnerships. Each year during his Marriott career, he assumed a new role through a leadership program leading him to his new position as northeast and mid-Atlantic senior sales manager.

“Hilton Orlando is unique in that it is connected to the convention center, it has 225,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and it also has a resort feel,” said Cullinane. “It truly is where business meets pleasure and I look forward to partnering with those in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets on successful events and a bit of fun as they experience the extraordinary quality service that Hilton Orlando delivers.”

Jenny Bacca joins the team as the business development manager from The Ritz Carlton and JW Marriot Orlando, Grande Lakes as a sales coordinator where, among other duties, she facilitated site visits for businesses representing $2.5 million in hotel revenue. In her new position, Bacca will continue to drive group sales and support the entire sales team by creating future business opportunities and increasing market share for the resort while also acting as the liaison for Hilton Orlando’s new sales efforts.
