Hotel Matilda has appointed Fernando Alonso Barragan Bahena the trend-setting hotel’s Operations Manager, announced Director Bruce James.
Mr. Barragan, who has more than 10 years of hospitality industry experience, comes to Hotel Matilda from the Viceroy Riviera Maya where he had served as Food & Beverage Manager since February 2012.
Previous experience includes serving as Restaurant Director, The Jalousie Plantation, St. Lucia; Restaurant Manager, Tides South Beach, Florida; and Food & Beverage Supervisor, Tides Zihuatanejo, Mexico (now Viceroy Zihuatanejo).
