Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. - a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) and the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems - today announced that StreamSong Resort has selected and implemented PAR’s SMS|Host Hospitality Management System for its resort in Streamsong, Florida.
The Mosaic Company and its visionary use of land recovered from a former phosphate mine represent the driving force behind Streamsong. The land recovery process created the perfect base for two links-style, world-class golf courses. SMS|Host Hospitality Management System powers the 216-room lodge. The 9-room grotto-style full service spa relies on PAR’s SpaSoft Spa Management System for efficient management. In addition, Streamsong features 25,000 square feet of meeting space.
With four casual and fine dining restaurants alongside bars and retail outlets, the seamless integration of SMS|Touch and SMS|Retail POS with the SMS|Host property management system ensures that the property delivers guest service efficiently and flawlessly.
The fully-integrated, guest-centric design of the SMS|Host system assists Streamsong in their mission to offer world-class service and amenities. With guest information at their fingertips, employees across the property will be empowered to act and respond quickly to guest requests as well as facilitate revenue generation through upselling services and add-ons.
“Our choice of PAR Springer-Miller as a partner reflects our desire to offer a personalized and distinctive resort experience,” commented Nelson Garrido, VP, Information Technology Service Delivery for Interstate Hotels and Resorts. “The SMS|Host Hospitality Management System offers the features our property needs to exceed guest expectations.”
“We take great pride in welcoming Streamsong to the family of world-class resorts that use products and services by PAR,” remarked Larry Hall, President and CEO of PAR Springer-Miller Systems. “Streamsong truly represents an extraordinary and innovative approach to golf resorts. We admire Streamsong’s values and commitment to their environment, and we look forward to doing our part with the management team at the resort to realize the operational efficiencies and guest satisfaction levels they seek.”
