Pracrea, Inc, which earlier this week announced the launch of Proceso Hospitality at the Asian American Hotel Owners Association 2014 Conference & Convention and the acquisition of The Hotel Inventory, today announced the joining of Joe McInerney to its Board of Advisors.

Joe McInerney joins Naveen Bisht, a serial entrepreneur and co-founder, Auriss Technologies, Inc., Inc.,
Jaimin Patel, Vice President, HREC, and Dinesh ‘Dan’ Rama, Managing Member, newGen Worldwide.
The Board of Advisors will support the company in its growth plans in the hospitality sector. Joe retired from AH&LA and now serves on multiple boards related to the hospitality industry.

“We are very happy to have Joe join our Board of Advisors. Joe’s extensive familiarity with the hospitality industry will allow us to accelerate our product assimilation within the hospitality sector. Joe comes with a tremendous background not only in the corporate environment but also in member based organizations specially his experience at AH&LA and PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association)” said Mukesh Mowji, founder & CEO of Pracrea.
Said Joe McInerney, “I am excited about the opportunity work with Mukesh, Tarun, and the team as they launch Proceso Hospitality, and expand and incorporate The Hotel Inventory. As we disrupt the business transaction process, the opportunities will empower hoteliers for better, more efficient and more cost effective transaction and business management”.

“The addition of Joe to our company gives us significant depth in reaching potential partners as well as investors in the company. Cleary an industry icon, we look forward to working with Joe” added Tarun Patel, founder and CFO of Pracrea.

Pracrea is a Silicon Valley based company that will provide an alternative real estate and business transaction methodology. This methodology is developed using Web 2.0 based processes, and cloud computing that use social media as the communications backbone. Pracrea was started by senior industry veterans, Mukesh J. Mowji and Tarun S. Patel who have a strong background in software technology and commercial and hospitality real estate transactions. Both are former chairman of the Asian American

Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). Currently, commercial real estate and business transactions are predominantly a manual process where the real estate or business broker facilitates and manages the transaction. These processes are embedded with multiple inefficiencies and are fragmented and not repeatable. These inefficiencies also affect the marketing of the asset to potential buyers and sellers and affect the timing for closure of the potential transaction. In addition, the current transaction process is expensive.

Joe is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a broad base of domestic and international experience. His proven leadership, communications, marketing, strategic planning, and team-building skills have successfully guided the growth, development, and turn-around of companies and organizations.

He is a fast-paced, innovative executive who thrives on challenges. Under his direction, Sheraton’s franchise division properties and profitability increased significantly, Hawthorn Suites was created, and Forte Hotels’ growth and profitability increased. At the Pacific Asia Travel Association he moved the headquarters to Asia and developed a stronger profitable association, and at the American Hotel & Lodging Association and its affiliates, he made positive organizational, structural, and financial changes.
