Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) has been selected to manage the 117-room SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach at 24 Via de Luna Drive in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Positioned as a “resort style” hotel, the SpringHill Suites sits directly on the white sand beaches of Pensacola, touched by the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Truly a flagship for the Springhill Suites brand, the hotel stands as an iconic spot on Pensacola Beach in Florida.

The five-story SpringHill Suites hotel is convenient to the area’s popular dining, shopping and tourist attractions. Quietwater Boardwalk, a popular beachfront area, features a variety of restaurants that appeal to both vacationing families and business people. The hotel’s well-appointed suites include balcony rooms that offer incredible views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Guests may enjoy a choice of pools, plus a tiki bar and grill and other in-house dining options, including a deli shop on site. The tropical feel of Gulf Shore breezes helps to create a private beach atmosphere complete with umbrella service.

An easy 20-minute drive from the Pensacola Airport, the hotel is only one mile from the Bonifay Water Sports and historic Fort Pickens, the largest of four forts built to defend Pensacola Bay. For those interested in military history, the Naval Air Museum lies 15 miles away and the Cordova Mall is less than 12 miles.

The hotel also features 2,075 sq. ft. of meeting space in four rooms, the largest of which has a capacity of 120 persons. Other amenities include an outdoor pool, whirlpool and exercise room. Complimentary continental breakfast, laundry valet, self-service laundry facilities, safe deposit box at the front desk and free parking are available. All rooms offer resort-style amenities including microwaves, mini-refrigerators and sleeper sofas and some rooms offer bunk beds for great family vacations.
