Radisson®, one of the world’s best-recognized hotel brands, today announced the opening of the Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavillion Hotel, Cartagena, Colombia. The 233-room beachfront resort is located on La Boquilla Beach, off the northeastern coast of Colombia and offers spectacular views of the Caribbean.
