The Charles Hotel, the smart place to stay in the heart of Cambridge, MA’s Harvard Square, has made a “smart” decision in adopting the Duetto Edge, the industry’s leading revenue strategy and profit optimization solution. With Duetto Edge, The Charles can now manage room pricing dynamically to drive higher Average Daily Rate (ADR). The system launched in November and has quickly proven to be a successful sales tool, helping the hotel gain access to better, more actionable data and regular pricing alerts, to optimize pricing flexibly, moving beyond legacy Best Available Rate (BAR) methodologies.
