Hotel industry veteran Charlotte Seale has joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group (NHG) in the firm’s Bethesda office, according to Gregory A. LaBerge, the NHG’s national director. Seale brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Marcus & Millichap, and was most recently an Associate Director of Donohoe Real Estate Services Hotel Advisory Group in Washington, D.C., an affiliate of Hotel Brokers International (HBI).
“Charlotte has proven expertise and a track record in helping maximize value for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic States,” says LaBerge. “Joining our team in Bethesda further solidifies our commitment to providing clients with valuable solutions to meet their investment objectives,” says LaBerge.
Seale will focus on the sale of hospitality investment properties on behalf of institutional and private investors, predominantly throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.
“Marcus & Millichap’s commitment and focus in redefining the hotel brokerage space is a game-changer for the industry and I’m excited to be part of it,” says Seale. “Their team, resources and platform were specifically designed to provide optimal client service and yield optimal results, and that is what counts.”
In addition to her hotel brokerage career, Seale has held senior-level positions in commercial lending. While a part of HBI, she achieved numerous awards and distinctions over the years, including HBI Sales Achievement Awards for record number of regional hotel transactions and dollar volume (2006-2008) and she shared the HBI award for Single Asset Sale of the Year in 2012. Seale also served on HBI's Board of Directors in 2013.
