Simon Restaurant & Lounge, world-renown modern American cuisine restaurant located inside Palms Place Hotel & Spa and Sky Combat Ace (SCA), Vegas’ ultimate aviation destination, and are teaming up to introduce three unique package options to make anyone’s trip to Vegas over-the-top… literally. Package options include flying 3,000 feet over the top of Las Vegas in a plane, having top-notch dinner eye-level with Sin City at Simon Restaurant & Lounge, or even being on top of Viva Las Vegas on the 59th level of Palms Place in Phil Maloof’s private residence.

Only in Vegas can you take the controls of an airplane and perform aerobatic stunts only seen in airshows then be transported by limousine to Simon Restaurant & Lounge to receive private sushi rolling instruction by a sushi master with an appearance by Kerry Simon at his namesake restaurant— only to finish the evening off in Vegas development-tycoon Phil Maloof’s private Palms Place residence (dubbed the Phila Villa). Designed with three different packaged experiences to ensure everyone can have an unforgettable Over-the-Top Vegas experience, the options are as follows:
Lovebirds Over-the-Top Package ($799 per couple):

The Lovebirds experience begins with limousine transportation from your resort, where you and a guest will be greeted with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne and whisked away to SCA’s state-of-the-art private airport hangar where your personal pilot and airplane await. Love will be in the open Las Vegas air as an expert pilot takes you and a special someone on an unforgettable day or evening flight filled with stunning aerial views of the neon-illuminated city in a Waco open-cockpit bi-plane. With plane seating for two, the flight is sure to be an intimate experience filled with memories that will last a lifetime. After your romantic flight, you and your special someone will enjoy dinner for two at Simon with menu items including Wok Charred Edamame, Mediterranean Sea Bass, and Kerry Simon’s signature Simon junk food platter featuring cotton candy, caramel corn, mini cupcakes, snowballs, and brownies.*Guests can enhance their experience with private sushi rolling instruction from a master sushi chef at Simon for an additional $125 per couple.

Over-the-Top Vegas Package ($650 per person):
The Over-the-Top Vegas package starts off the aerobatic thrill ride of a lifetime at Sky Combat Ace, where you’ll take the controls of a 330-horsepower Extra 330 LC aircraft and perform aerial maneuvers only seen from the ground in airshows. Under the instruction of SCA’s expert aerobatic pilot, live out your “Iceman” or “Maverick” fantasies during a wild aerobatic flight of non-stop spins, barrel rolls, hammerheads and loops high above Las Vegas. After seeing Vegas upside down, your taste buds will get turned upside down at Simon Restaurant and Lounge, located just off the Strip located on the 6th floor of the Palms Place Tower. Enjoy a pre fixe menu with tantalizing options including Grilled Skirt Steak, Smoked Chicken Flatbread, and Truffle Macaroni-n-Cheese. Founder’s Over-the-Top Vegas Package ($20,599 total):
The Founder’s Package lets you experience Vegas the way few have ever experienced it—presented to you by three top Las Vegas visionaries. This once-in-a-lifetime package includes a 24-hour stay in Phil Maloof’s private 29,000 sq. ft. condominium located on the 59th floor of Palms Place, an aerial thrill ride of a lifetime with former F-16 fighter pilot and owner of Sky Combat Ace, Richard Coe, and dinner at Simon Restaurant and Lounge presented by American celebrity Chef Kerry Simon himself.

With full access to the owner of Sky Combat Ace’s fleet of 24 airplanes, choose your aerial adventure led by the owner before having dinner presented by Chef Kerry Simon, dubbed the “Rock n Roll” Chef by Rolling Stone Magazine— at his namesake restaurant just off the Strip.
