Ekrem Tercanoglu has been named Food & Beverage Director of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai, overseeing all food and beverage operations for the eight distinct outlets between Manele Bay and The Lodge at Koele.
Tercanoglu, a 16-year veteran with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, has worked in management positions throughout Europe, Egypt and North America. Ekrem makes the move to Hawaii from the Five Diamond and Five Star Luxury Resort the Grand Del Mar, in Southern California, where he served as director of food & beverage. Prior to The Grand Del Mar, Tercanoglu was with Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence as the director of food & beverage. His past Four Seasons experience also includes positions at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles.

Originally from Turkey, Ekram is a graduate of the prestigious Private Professional School of Hotel and Restaurant Management in Istanbul, where he earned a bachelor’s degree.
