Mumford Company is pleased to announce the recent promotions of three of the firm’s veteran brokers. Lance Potter of the firm’s Chicago office has been named Senior Vice President, Justin Pinkard of the Washington DC office and Burton Brooks of the firm’s Atlanta office have both been named Vice President.

Lance Potter, a true industry veteran, has been with the firm since 2004 and previously served as Vice President. During his tenure with Mumford Company, Lance has been involved in a wide variety of transactions in multiple asset classes in 16 states, including the firm’s largest multi-unit sale. He is actively engaged with a variety of clients and customers across the country, focusing on the mid-market and economy segments of the industry.

Justin Pinkard joined Mumford Company in 2005 and was promoted to sales associate in 2006. Justin has been involved in the sale of 50+ properties in 12 states. His practice focuses primarily on the mid-market and economy segments of the industry with a concentration in the eastern United States.

Burton Brooks has been with the firm since 2006 and has been involved in the sale of 50+ properties in 9 states and was integral in spearheading an ongoing, multi-unit disposition program for a large, institutional client. His practice focuses primarily on the mid-market, extended stay and economy segments of the industry with a concentration in the Southeastern United States.
