The four-story, 107-suite hotel is located at 50 Van Gordon St., Lakewood, Colorado. It is conveniently located close to downtown Denver and many dining and entertainment venues. Nearby attractions include the Miller Coors brewery, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Colorado Mills Outlet Mall, Bandimere Speedway and the new Light Rail system with easy access to downtown Denver. The hotel is owned by Union Square Land, LLC.
