ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa has retained ISM to assist with creation of a new menu, inspired by the mineral-rich ocean waters, as well as expanding into new markets such as bridal and social events and offering exciting new experiences to guests. Among those experiences is “The ONE”, an exhilarating 100-minute treatment that incorporates a full body exfoliation with mineral salts and antioxidant-rich Privai oil, relaxing bath, hydrating body coccoon, and customized massage.

Privai products are 100% paraben-free and not tested on animals, and also use recyclable materials for packaging. A portion of profits from Privai products are donated to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (ICUN).
