All Inclusive Collection of Hotels Selects Indra's POS for the Hard Rock Hotels Brand

Indra delivers to Hard Rock the TMS for POS which is one of the many module offerings in the TMS for Hotels suite.

The point-of-sale module within the Indra Travel Management Suite for Hotels is proving to be so robust, streamlined and efficient that it has been selected as by RCD Resorts for its All Inclusive Collection in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Running on the universal SAP platform, Indra's "TMS for POS" module has recently been rolled out at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

"Indra is dramatically changing the technology landscape, not just by giving hotels an alternative holistic, all-in-one solution for hotel chain management, but by developing modules so comprehensive that they stand on their own — and stand head-and-shoulders above their competition," said Antonio Alonso, corporate finance director of RCD Resorts. Loyalty Rewarded
Today, the All Inclusive Collection deployment ties select POS systems, including Rock shops and golf course pro shops, and integrates with the loyalty system and back-office financials. Eventually all company point-of-sale stations, including restaurants, will be integrated. A key differentiator of TMS for POS is its integration flexibility. At the All Inclusive Collection, guests who are members of the Hard Rock International loyalty program are given a card that can be used for services at the Rock shops. Each time services are purchased with the card, points are immediately updated in the corporate loyalty system.

Connie Rheams, Indra senior vice president, said few hospitality POS solutions on the market are as feature-rich and all-encompassing as TMS for POS. When Indra's integration development expertise is tied to its wealth of knowledge and development resources, hoteliers get a solution like no other; it can be dropped into a hotel's existing technology infrastructure with full integration to all peripheral solutions.
