The hotel's 393 guest rooms, convention and meeting space and lobby level have all received dramatic refurbishment. As part of the refurbishment program, the hotel introduces a new area, Oasis, geared to exceeding the needs of today's traveler. The hotel also added a dramatic new executive lounge to service the needs of high level Hilton HHonors members along with those desiring specialized services.

The hotel, owned by the JBG Companies and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, added six studio suites to its inventory of 393 guest rooms during the renovation project. Each of the 393 guest rooms and suites are elegantly styled with a contemporary palette evoking a sense of upscale and comfort. Guest rooms feature the Hilton Serenity Bed Package for ultimate comfort along with the signature Hilton clock radio and iPod docking station, oversized work space, in-room refrigerators and safes. The Hilton brand Stay Connected Internet platform was installed providing wired and wireless connectivity in guest rooms as well as all public areas.
Special attention was paid to the significant convention and meeting space during the design phase. A fresh new look was created giving the area a vibrant feel. A new lighting packagealong with a state-of-the-art sound system was installed. The improvements make the extensive convention floor one of the finest in the Northern Virginia area.
