As HF Hotéis Fénix is gearing up to open its eighth property in 2014, the HF Fénix Music in Lisbon, the group will offer a total of 1,319 rooms in Portugal’s two biggest cities by next year. HF Hotéis Fénix has pioneered the integration of online guest reviews in its website since 2009, and has shown a great commitment to listen and respond to customer feedback in which ReviewPro’s solution has played a key role since the two companies entered into their now renewed partnership in 2011.
