Benchmark Hospitality International®, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Kirk Coleman director of corporate information technology. Gerald Lampaert, vice president of information technology, made the announcement. Mr. Coleman is based in Benchmark’s Home Office in The Woodlands, Texas, near Houston.

A native Houstonian, Kirk Coleman joined Benchmark Hospitality in 2011 as information technology manager with portfolio-wide IT responsibilities. He served as regional Texas director of information technology for Destination Hotels & Resorts prior his employment with Benchmark.
Mr. Coleman has invested his entire career within the hospitality industry, initially working in entry-level and then management positions in food & beverage. His strong aptitude for information systems led him in this successful career direction. Kirk Coleman attended the University of Houston. He and his family reside in the Houston area.
