The Beverly Hilton is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Carter as director of food & beverage, where he will oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel’s iconic Circa 55 restaurant, along with the hundreds of red carpet events and galas that take place at the hotel each year.
Carter has garnered more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in hotels, resorts and restaurants and has helped shape dining experiences while leading hospitality teams at five star hotels across the nation. Prior to joining The Beverly Hilton, Carter worked as the corporate director of culinary operations in the North American food and beverage division at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. During his role at Starwood, Carter provided food and beverage operation oversight and support to a $3 billion business comprised of owned, managed and franchise hotels across Starwood’s nine hotel brands.

Additionally, Carter’s list of accomplishments include his position as executive chef at The AAA five diamond Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and more than a decade of service at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Contributing to the culinary operations at Ritz-Carlton hotels around the world, Carter held multiple executive chef positions and was an integral team member to help spearhead multiple hotel openings during his career.
Carter received a degree in hospitality at Colchester College in Essex, England.
