St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator and developer, Midas Hospitality, LLC announces the development and management of a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Dublin, OH.
Located on the southeast corner of Rt-161 and Frantz Rd, just off I-270, the Residence Inn by Marriott is scheduled to break ground in Q3 of 2013. Midas Hospitality has already begun to clear the site where an abandoned hotel existed. The $13 million, 4-story project will include 100-suites, indoor pool, sport court, outdoor social area and 500 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Kurt Furlong, EVP & Principal – Sales & Marketing, states “The Residence Inn by Marriott – Dublin, OH, will provide a terrific, high-end product to Dublin, OH market serving both the extended stay and transient niche.” Furlong added, “The Residence Inn – Dublin, OH will be Midas’s sixth extended stay hotel and second hotel in the Dublin, OH market.” Midas also owns and operates the Staybridge Suites – Dublin, OH at Tuttle Crossing, one exit south on I-270.
