AmericInn®, one of the nation’s leading midscale hotel companies, today announced that it is expanding in Petoskey, MI with the addition of a new location at 909 Spring Street. The new AmericInn Petoskey was previously called Baywinds Inn.
The 50-room hotel will introduce signature AmericInn hospitality concepts and services that are being incorporated into AmericInn hotels nationwide. It has also undergone extensive renovations.

The new AmericInn Petoskey offers a swimming pool and spa, balcony rooms, Jacuzzi spas, patios, and fireplaces. The hotel is owned by Ashish Pandya.
The hotel will also begin offering signature hospitality concepts of the national AmericInn brand including a free AmericInn Perk® breakfast featuring a variety of hot, home-style breakfast selections along with a 24-hour coffee bar. Additional AmericInn offerings include free hotel-wide, high-speed wireless Internet and the Easy Rewards guest loyalty program.
Nationwide, AmericInn is in the midst of a three-year, $75 million renovation initiative, creating a fresh, updated look and feel throughout all of its locations. The initiative was launched in 2011 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2013.
The AmericInn Petoskey will serve the surrounding community and its businesses and visitor attractions including close proximity to downtown Petoskey, beautiful Little Traverse Bay, Northwest Michigan Hospital and Northern Michigan College.
