The Inn on Fifth in downtown Naples, Fla. has completed a $1.7 million renovation project that has dramatically transformed the landmark hotel through extensive interior enhancements.  Located on tony Fifth Avenue South, the 87-room boutique hotel has been completely redesigned with a new contemporary look and feel.

“This renovation of the Inn on Fifth was the first milestone in a very exciting elevation of our luxury product,” said Phil McCabe, owner of The Inn on Fifth. “With the completion of the new Club Level Suites in December, the Inn on Fifth will truly raise the bar for luxury travel to Naples.”

The creation of Orlando-based interior designer CVC Hospitality, the inn’s new design showcases an elegant contemporary décor featuring a palate of warm grays, creamy whites, and crisp black with bold splashes of red – a look McCabe says will mirror that of the new Club Level Suites. Taking just over two months to complete, the renovation added beautiful custom-made furniture, carpet and artwork, fresh paint, crown molding and new drapery in guest rooms.

The inn’s ballroom and meeting spaces were also updated to reflect the new look and feel of the property, and the lobby and common areas have been transformed with new paint, bold wall coverings, new furniture, custom artwork and decorative LED color changing lighting.

The Inn on Fifth’s new look is a preview of the Inn’s new $16 million expansion project, which includes the addition of 32 Club Level Suites and meeting space in a new three-story, 40,000-square-foot building directly across Fifth Avenue from the Inn’s well-known location.  The expansion is scheduled to be complete in December 2012.

Guests and media can visit www.innonfifth.com for updates on the expansion and renovations.
