Benjamin West has completed the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for Loews Annapolis Hotel, MD. The project consisted of completely overhauling the lobby, restaurant and other public spaces of the hotel. The lobby was reconfigured with new seating areas and registration pods, improving circulation and defining the space. WEST Kitchen & Tavern, the new restaurant that appropriately resides at the West Street entrance of the hotel, is expected to increase foot traffic with its access to the expansive outdoor patio. The new location increases the restaurant’s visibility from the hotel lobby and includes a display kitchen, complete with wine display and a private dining room. The Loews Annapolis Hotel was managed out of the Benjamin West Boulder office under the direction of Dawn Petersen, Project Director and was opened in the summer of 2012.
