Hard Rock International
A Boutique, lifestyle hotel brand.

Hard Rock International – with hotel locations from Bali to Cancun, San Diego to Singapore and Chicago to Macau – announces plans to open Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs in Fall 2013, bringing the legendary Hard Rock vibe to one of Southern Californiaʼs hottest vacation destinations. Hard Rock International, in collaboration with Kittridge Hotel Management, will transform the former Hotel Zoso into an enviable hotel destination, reflecting the famed Hard Rock brand in a city known for its year-round sunshine, clear skies and endless activities.

“Weʼre thrilled to bring the Hard Rock experience to this world-renowned city and are very pleased with our new relationship with Kittridge Hotels,” said Nelson Parker, head of development in the Americas for Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos. “Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs will serve as an iconic entertainment and leisure destination and, true to the Hard Rock brand, will be a hot spot for musicians, celebrities and our valued Hard Rock fans.”

With 160 rooms, Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs will be the brandʼs second lifestyle hotel in Southern California and will offer a VIP rock star suite, Rock Spa®, Body Rock® workout facility, the world famous Rock Shop® featuring Hard Rockʼs iconic merchandise, exceptional dining options, a local hotspot lobby bar, and a rock nʼ roll oasis, where guests will enjoy poolside cocktails, chaise lounges and blazing fire pits. In addition to its premium accommodations with comfortable Sleep Like a Rock® linens, the hotel will boast 20,500 square feet of ballroom and banquet facility space and an @Biz Business Center. True to its musical roots, Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs will ignite the region with outstanding live entertainment, adding to Palm Springsʼ established scene of rich music traditions like the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. In addition, music and pop culture lovers will be treated to music memorabilia lining the hotel walls from local and global icons, including rock nʼ roll legends, hip- hop stars and indie artists alike.

Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs, along with the growing collection of Hard Rock Hotels, will
applaud rock-n-roll through brand wide programs, from the on-site VIBE managers, who keep a pulse on the hotelʼs feeling, atmosphere and energy, to the groundbreaking, interactive amenity “The Sound Of Your Stay®,” where guests jam out with hands-on music experiences. The Sound of Your Stay® offers Hard Rock fans three components: Tracks®, where guests receive an exclusive code to download a personal playlist, curated by music pros and celebs for the ultimate soundtrack to the hotel experience; Picks®, offering fans a menu of 20 Fender® guitars for an in-room jam session complete with amps and SOUL by Ludacris headphones; and Mix®, where music fanatics match beats and remix like a pro with the in-room delivery of a Traktor Kontrol S2 mixer, a laptop loaded with digital mixing software and SOUL by Ludacris headphones.

Internationally recognized as a world-class entertainment and lifestyle brand, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos offer stylish and contemporary design, unparalleled service and the thread that unites them all – music.

Hard Rockʼs current Hotel and Casino portfolio is located in the worldʼs most enviable resort destinations, as well as urban gateway cities. The dynamic properties cater to the evolving and distinctive needs of todayʼs cosmopolitan, modern travelers, who seek a reprieve from traditional, predictable accommodations, whether for business or leisure travel, and who connect with the authentic and powerful Hard Rock vibe.
