Designed in collaboration by the resort’s Executive Chef, John Sexton, and Chef de Cuisine, Vinny D’Amato, dishes align with the restaurant’s Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with island influences, fusing fresh ingredients from the property’s onsite chef’s garden.
“Our new menu at Cascata Grill marks the first of many to be introduced throughout 2013,” said Monti Felaya, Director of Food & Beverage at Turnberry Isle Miami. “The revamp of the food and beverage program at Turnberry Isle Miami is part of our ongoing effort to provide guests with unique, authentic experiences through deliciously classic cuisine, served with an innovative, fresh twist.”
Guests will delight in a menu designed to excite the palate and appeal to the resort’s diverse clientele through classic favorites presented with a masterful twist. Choose from Cascata Grill’s Caprese, featuring buffalo mozzarella, long-stem artichoke, roasted roma tomatoes and watermelon drizzled with orange basil reduction, and an assortment of savory flatbreads for Starters & Small Plates ($8 - $18). Enjoy enticing entrees including a Veal T-Bone served with potato root vegetable hash, sauteed escarole and marsala hash, Black Grouper presented with clams, shrimp and chorizo conch chowder, New York Sirloin Oscar with Yukon potato puree, grilled asparagus, jumbo lump crab and merlot demi citrus béarnaise, or Scallop served over paella cake with sangria reduction and micro cilantro - popular choices from the Large Plates menu ($24 - $42).

Cascata Grill’s warm and relaxing atmosphere offers casual décor in earth tones that overlooks a scenic outdoor terrace, providing an ideal place for guests to enjoy picturesque views of some of South Florida’s most diverse tropical vegetation, as well as the resort’s acclaimed Miller golf course. Carefully nurtured by the resort’s talented culinary team, the chef’s garden at Turnberry Isle Miami offers a variety of herbs, vegetables and fruit trees. In addition to utilizing the fresh produce for menu items, guests are invited to participate in daily tours to learn about the fresh, seasonal flora.
