DoubleTree by Hilton announced today that the much-anticipated Made Market restaurant -- the first of a new dining concept rolling out in other markets in 2013 -- is open for business in downtown Tulsa. The new, $2 million contemporary restaurant offers a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu as well as a bar open to hotel guests and the general public. Located just inside the main entrance of DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown, the all-day eatery blends the convenience of a gourmet market with the allure of a brick oven gastropub.
“Tulsa is fortunate to be the inaugural site of this exciting new concept in dining," said Bruce Sneller, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown. "Our Made Market is designed to serve hotel guests as well as the growing population of downtown office workforce, residents and the after-hours crowds. In addition to a casual atmosphere with plenty of room for people to unwind and stay awhile, we also offer a full menu of take-away food options for locals on the go."
The Made Market dining concept is focused on providing quality food options that keep pace with the changing culinary world and more discerning guest. From the morning buzz of fresh coffee and pastries to a late night pint of locally crafted Marshall's beer, guests will enjoy a comfortable, flexible, fresh and healthy dining experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring locally sourced honey, jam, meats and more.. The open display kitchen cooks up to order American favorites, while the buffet serves home-style soups, fresh from-the-oven flatbreads and pizzas. The classic and locally inspired deli offers fill the sandwich board and salads tossed to order.
Patrons of Made Market at DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown may choose to dine in the restaurant’s main dining room, in the comfortable lounge-style living room, in the bar area or in the “Herb Garden Room,” or request for their order to be delivered to their guestroom. Non-hotel guests also have the option to grab one of many take-away items.
