The innovative, free and easy-to use mobile applications, developed by AMResorts and Telmex, a world leader in communications, are now available for Secrets The Vine Cancun, Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, Secrets Vallarta Bay Puerto Vallarta, Dreams Puerto Aventuras and Now Amber Puerto Vallarta. All AMResorts brands and properties will be included by early 2014 with Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun and Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun starting in the coming months. The Secrets Resorts and Spas, Dreams Resorts and Spas and Now Resorts and Spas apps can be downloaded on all iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry devices.
Unlimited Connectivity was designed to allow guests to stay connected and communicate with family and friends back home. While at the resorts, guests can use the apps’ calling feature to send and receive international calls (U.S. and Canada), call room-to-room throughout the property as well as local Mexican land lines, and send messages over the hotel’s Wi-Fi network, all without incurring any international cell phone roaming charges. Users can also create personalized profiles with their email, Facebook or Twitter accounts to contact staff directly, tailor personal deal preferences, instantly view their folio and request hotel services like spa appointments, excursions and more.
Unlimited Connectivity offers access to up-to-date daily activity calendars, restaurant menus and dining schedules, and hotel maps. The guide book feature gives information on local attractions, special deals on excursions, and much more.
