Refinery Hotel Names F&B Partner, In Good Company Hospitality

Hospitality firm owns and operates NYC hotspots such as Bungalow Bar, Libation, Saloon, and Park Avenue Tavern will be responsible for the hotel’s signature restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop lounge and room service.

Refinery Hotel, a new lifestyle boutique hotel coming to West 38th Street in spring 2013, has announced partnering with In Good Company Hospitality to oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel. In Good Company H.G. already owns/operates several marquee locations in and around New York City and is well regarded for creating distinctive dining and entertainment venues catering to a wide demographic.
 
As food and beverage operator for Refinery, In Good Company has developed the brand and concepts of each venue, as well as their respective menus. The restaurant at Refinery will include seating for 170 people and feature designs by Derek Sanders. The signature restaurant, which may also be accessed from West 39th Street, will feature an open show kitchen on the ground floor; a 1,700-square-foot outdoor /1,400 square-foot indoor rooftop lounge that will feature spectacular views of the Empire State Building, indoor/outdoor areas, and a retractable roof; the lobby bar; as well as room service for the hotel’s 197 guest rooms.
