Headington Companies of Dallas, TX has retained Benjamin West to provide Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) purchasing and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) services for the renovation and expansion of the Joule Hotel in Dallas, TX. This hotel, located on Main Street in downtown Dallas, will expand by nearly an entire city block when adding 31 guestrooms, suites, penthouses, spa, restaurant and additional public spaces. The Joule Hotel FF & E is being managed out of the Benjamin West Dallas under the direction of David Westrick, Project Director and the OS& E is being managed out of the Benjamin West Boulder office under the direction of Scott Hager, Project Manager.
