Marshall Retail Group (MRG) has brought its original candy shop trademark, ‘LICK’ to the Quarter at Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City. Building upon the success of two LICK locations on the Las Vegas Strip, MRG is thrilled to introduce the delightful brand to another thriving resort and casino tourist destination. Doors at the Tropicana location opened Friday, December 21st.
The aptly named ‘LICK’ poses a fun twist to the old-fashioned, corner store sweet shop by providing customers with a unique interactive experience. LICK customers are encouraged to taste different types of candy and pose for playful snapshots with their colorful, transformed tongues in the shop’s photobooth.
In addition to posing for fun photos to take back home, the shop’s full line of candy is sure to put a smile on any patron’s face. LICK carries an assortment of sweets in all shapes and sizes including custom lollipops and other hard candies, old school favorites, and bulk options. For those shoppers struggling to choose just a few sweets, they can fill bags with a variety of candies from the shops many candy dispensers.
Marshall Retail Group opened the first LICK in December 2010 at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place and a second location in May 2011 at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, both on the Las Vegas Strip.
