HVS Design, an international hospitality interior design firm, announced today that it has been selected to provide Interior Design services for the renovation of the Griffin Gate Marriott Griffin Resort and Spa in Lexington, Kentucky.
HVS Design is transforming the hotel’s 388 guestrooms and 21 suites as well as the hotel’s corridors and concierge lounge. The custom design was inspired by the region’s rolling hills and majestic horse meadows. Located in the heart of Kentucky’s storied horse country, the new guestroom design incorporates aspects of the rich Bluegrass history of the area and a vibrant blue accent colors in homage to University of Kentucky.
The guestroom renovation is scheduled to be complete in April 2013.
