National general contracting firm Hyphen Construction Group, Inc. was chosen by MTP Hospitality Solutions to build the new Seminole Wingate Hotel, which recently broke ground in Seminole, Texas. The hotel is expected to open by the summer of 2013.
The development will be located on a 1.75 acre tract of land located in the 1100 block of Hobbs Hwy. on the eastern grounds of the former Texas Equipment yard. The 55,924 square foot Seminole Wingate Hotel will feature 88 rooms, meeting spaces, an executive board room, a fitness room and a swimming pool.

Hyphen Construction is also building a 79 room Microtel in Odessa, Texas, for MTP Hospitality Solutions.
