Preferred Hospitality Group Introduces Optriant

Preferred Hospitality Group, parent company of Preferred Hotel Group, is pleased to announce the expansion of its services with the launch of Optriant. This new business division provides representation, reservations, and consultancy services for cruise lines, destination management companies, tourism boards, and airlines.
Preferred Hospitality Group Chairman and CEO John Ueberroth was inspired to create Optriant based on his extensive experience leading global travel companies. Identifying the opportunity to tap into the collective expertise and reputation that Preferred Hotel Group has earned over the past 45 years, Optriant will support all sectors of the travel industry with comprehensive sales, marketing, and distribution solutions.
“There are tremendous opportunities to leverage the Preferred Hospitality Group integrated services across the market,” said Ueberroth. “We are excited to introduce Optriant as a partner for a new set of travel companies worldwide.”
Optriant will represent industry-leading clients globally with the same world-class quality as exemplified by Preferred Hotel Group. Demonstrating this commitment to excellence, Optriant launches with European river cruise operator Amadeus Cruises.
“With its long-standing tradition and excellent reputation, Amadeus Cruises is the ideal first client for Optriant, and typifies the products and services of this new division,” said Ueberroth. Optriant will enhance sales efforts in the North American market for Amadeus’s latest luxury vessel, the MS Amadeus Silver, which will launch in 2013.
Ueberroth appointed industry-veteran Bill Diebenow to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Amadeus Cruises. Based in California at the Preferred Hospitality Group executive office, Diebenow brings more than 20 years of experience providing solutions for small ship and riverboat companies.
