Cobblestone Hotels, one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the United States, is proud to announce that they have signed on three new build hotels in one week. “This is an extremely exciting time for Cobblestone Hotels” says Brian Wogernese, President of Cobblestone Hotels. “There is not another brand that is growing as rapidly as ours. When we decide to move forward in a community our land is purchased, financing is in place, and our investors are all committed. These practices are not common in the industry so to have three properties in three different states come together in the same week is a very thrilling point in our brand’s expansion.”
The finishing touches were put in place on these three deals late in the week of October 22, 2012. The properties; Cobblestone Hotel and Suites Newton, IL, Cobblestone Inn and Suites Holyoke, CO, and Cobblestone Inn and Suites Harper, KS will give Cobblestone Hotels a great head start on their expansion in 2013. With all three opening in late Spring or early Summer of 2013, three other properties set to open in Spring 2013, and more than 35 properties in development, it is hard to debate that they are the fastest growing Hotel Brand in the United States. “What is even more noteworthy is that as a brand we are providing each community with a wonderful venue to grow their economy”, says Mark Pomerenke, President of Development for Cobblestone Hotels. “When our properties are built, other service providers in the community gain the chance to capture more revenue from guests staying at the hotels. This affect spans from gas stations to restaurants and creates a great boost to the community.”
Based in Neenah, Wisconsin, Cobblestone Hotels is a hotel development and operations company that prides itself in filling the lodging needs of communities through its upper mid-scale new build brand.
