Concorde Hotel Singapore today announced the appointment of Chef Sunny Goh as the Hotel’s new Executive Chef, responsible for the Hotel’s culinary operations.
Chef Sunny is tasked with overseeing all food operations for the Hotel including the F&B outlets and banqueting. Having spent more than 33 years in the culinary profession starting out at Novotel Apollo Hotel presently known as Furama Riverfront Hotel, Chef Sunny specializes in Nonya cuisine as well as International buffet.
