Cox and Kings India Ltd., the longest-established travel company in the world, has appointed Mr. Scott Wiseman, a veteran in the travel industry as President of C&K, The Americas. With immediate effect, Wiseman will oversee America operations for Cox and Kings India Ltd. He will be available in the Cox & Kings, Los Angeles office from October 8, 2012.

With more than 20 years in the luxury travel, hotel ownership, and franchise and management businesses, Wiseman brings great depth and understanding of the global luxury market. He possesses strong leadership and international business experience and will provide thought leadership in further developing and evolving Cox & Kings’ luxury offerings across the globe.
Most recently, Wiseman served as President of Abercrombie & Kent USA, where he directed Sales and Marketing initiatives and product development in more than 80 countries while overseeing the luxury tour operator’s organizational structure for more than six years. Prior to that, Wiseman honed his industry expertise as Vice President of Marketing for Accor North America, overseeing the Sofitel, Novotel and Ibis Brands, and as Regional Vice President of Operations at GF Management, a hospitality ownership and management company.
Wiseman is a frequent panelist and speaker at industry association meetings and holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University; Executive Education from Cornell University; and Leadership Development Studies from the University of Maryland.
