Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group, announced the affiliation of Lake Towers Condo Hotel Sustentable, a mixed-use resort with whole ownership and condo-hotel units housed in a modern tower. The property is located in Villa Carlos Paz, a city tucked in the hills surrounding the Punilla Valley in the province of Cordoba.

Currently under construction, the resort will comprise 98 well-appointed studio, one-, and two-bedroom condo-hotel units with a sleek, contemporary design. The first phase with 52 units is scheduled to debut in 2014 and the second phase with 46 units is planned for 2015. The property is being built using renewable materials, will be powered by energy-efficient solar panels and wind turbines, and feature a water recycling facility.

On-site amenities will feature a restaurant and bar, gym, sauna, spa, two terrace swimming pools with adjacent solarium and hot tub, club house, putting green, and retail shops. Guests can also take advantage of the green spaces at the resort, including an open-air patio, a butterfly and bird sanctuary, and an organic orchard. Visitors have easy access to numerous activities in the area such as sailing, jet-skiing, windsurfing or fishing on San Roque reservoir, golf, hiking, and horseback riding.
