Intelity, the leading hotel guest management solution company, has formed a partnership with the creator of the world's first inductive charging and mounting solution for iPads, LaunchPort.
Intelity is well established as the leading provider of hotel guest management software, and its ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) Touch enterprise platform makes 35 guest services accessible on tablets. Now, hotels will have the option to dock these iPads on LaunchPort's charging system.
The LaunchPort system consists of two parts: a Sleeve, which contours to fit either a third-generation iPad or an iPad 2, and a Station. Options include a BaseStation for desktop use or a WallStation for wall application. The magnetic mounting enables users to rotate the iPad 360 degrees while it is attached to the Station.
Both Intelity and LaunchPort share the goal of making technology use more simple and convenient for hotel guests. For example, one of the benefits of combining the Intelity and LaunchPort offerings is that the iPads can still be used while they are charging, without the hassle of untangling a bundle of wires and plugs.
