A rapid one-year plan is currently underway that will turn the existing independently branded Tremont Plaza Suites & Grand Historic Venue in Baltimore into an updated space that will capture its history. The project execution, managed by the John Hardy Group, will be completed by July 2013 for the Chartres Lodging Group.
The scope of the project includes the renovation of 300 guestrooms and a full conversion of the public spaces.

Working together with local architects and interior designers respectively, Peter Fillat Architects and Studio Partnership, the John Hardy Group will manage all aspects of the conversion of this unique property including an adjacent meeting facility that dates back to the late 1800s called the Grand Venue.
