Windsor/Aughtry Company Inc. of Greenville, S.C., is pleased to announce the sale of the Tallahassee, Fla., Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was developed by Windsor/Aughtry for AHG Hotels LLC and opened in 2004.
The “as-is” price of the 122-room hotel was $12,350,000. Gray Morgan, CCIM, and Charles Reyner, CCIM, of Windsor/Aughtry represented the seller. A joint venture of DeBartolo Development and Banyan Tree Companies purchased the property.
Bo Aughtry of AHG Hotels LLC stated that the company intends to sell one or two additional hotels from its portfolio in the coming months. AHG currently has a Hampton Inn & Suites under construction in Baton Rouge, La., and one under development in Roanoke, Va.
