Brown Nester Represents Buyer and Seller in Comfort Inn Millennium Sale

Brown Nester Hospitality Services, Inc. is proud to announce their most recent transaction – the sale of the Comfort Inn Millennium located in Greenville, SC.

Brown Nester represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction of the property, which is conveniently located off of Interstate 85, just a few miles from the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and the Millennium Campus business park.  Although the final price has not been disclosed, the buyer is a well-established hotelier in South Carolina looking to expand his current portfolio. Plans are to keep the property branded as a Comfort Inn and renovations to the 117-room hotel will be completed to meet Choice standards.
