Conceptualized by entrepreneur Jesse Itzler, co-founder of Marquis Jet Partners and investor in Zico Coconut Water, SOAKED will continue the natural revolution by using the highest quality, fresh ingredients to create mouth-watering, fruit infused cocktails without excess sugars and artificial flavors.

SOAKED’s Beverage Director, Steve Olson, one of the world’s foremost spirits experts, developed SOAKED’s unique menu to feature market-fresh cocktails, and fruit-immersed in premium spirits. The resulting concept is a perfect marriage between the local juice bar and an upscale cocktail lounge. Menu offerings are categorized under headings that include Soaked, Infused, Muddled, Shaken, Brewed, Stirred, and Swizzled. SOAKED’s signature juiced cocktails combine cold pressed juices from Liquiteria, with premium spirits to yield creations like the Super Friends, made with Avion tequila, apple, pear, pineapple, wheatgrass and mint. SOAKED’s unique infusions are created by steeping alcohol with fresh fruit, resulting in refreshing blends such as Pisco with Blueberries and Cardamom and Mezcal with Mexican Chocolate and Chile de Arbol.
The edible offerings at SOAKED include fresh “soaked” fruit and popsicles infused with premium spirits and soft serve frozen fruit from Soft Serve Fruit Co. SOAKED’s popsicles freeze together fresh fruit and spirits to create heavenly treats like the Strawberry-Rhubarb with Basil & Absolut Vodka. SOAKED fruit uses vacuum-sealed sous vide bags to create surprisingly delicious creations such as white peaches infused with maple and bourbon and cherries macerated in crème fraiche and Avion tequila.

Beneath hundreds of antique light bulbs suspended above the space, guests can relax in the custom teak furniture, with north and south-facing terraces combining to provide dramatic sweeping views spanning all of downtown Manhattan.
