Hostmark Assumes Management of Six Michigan Hotels

This new deal brings in brands from three major brands as well as independents.

Hostmark Hospitality Group, one of the nation’s largest third-party hotel management companies, has announced the addition of six hotels in the state of Michigan, adding over 400 rooms to its current management portfolio. The hotels, all located in the southeast section of the state, are operated under Hilton, IHG, Wyndham and independent brands.

Three Holiday Inn Express hotels are included in the new group, presenting affordable comfort, hot breakfast buffets, free high speed internet access and fitness centers: in Marshall MI, near the "Cereal City" of Battle Creek; in Chelsea MI, a historic town west of Ann Arbor near Michigan International Speedway; and in Adrian MI, in the idyllic lake country south of Ann Arbor.

Also located in Adrian are the independent Carlton Lodge, a select service 98-room hotel offering a country inn atmosphere, an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center and evening Manager's Reception; and the Super 8 Adrian, featuring free continental breakfast and free high speed internet access. The Hampton Inn Marshall, a Hilton hotel, welcomes guests with meeting space and business amenities, as well as a fitness room and indoor pool.
