Wyndham Opens in Canada’s Niagara Falls

Wyndham Hotel Group, part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, today announced the addition of the 152-room Wyndham Garden Fallsview Niagara Falls in Ontario to the upscale Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® brand’s portfolio.
The opening expands Wyndham Hotel Group’s presence in Canada, which currently consists of 473 properties under the Ramada®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Baymont Inn & Suites®, Microtel Inn & Suites® by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham™, Howard Johnson®, Travelodge® and Knights Inn® hotel brands.
The full-service property, owned by Canop Investments Inc. and located in the Fallsview district of Niagara Falls, recently completed a total, multi-million-dollar overhaul which included the addition of a newly constructed tower, floors and guest rooms.

Guest rooms and suites at Wyndham Garden Fallsview Niagara Falls offer modern décor, 37-inch flat screen televisions, complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access and picturesque views of the city or the Niagara River. Bathrooms feature pearl gray quartz countertops and TrueBlue® Spa amenities from Bath & Body Works®. All accommodations on the hotel’s ninth floor are appointed with wall-to-wall windows and select guest rooms throughout the hotel include Jacuzzi tubs.
The hotel boasts complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access throughout its public spaces, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, 24-hour fitness center and arcade. Business travelers and groups can take advantage of the property’s business center and 700 square feet of meeting and event space for up to 60 people.
The on-site Perkins® Restaurant & Bakery serves home-cooked food in a casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, while MJ’s Lobby Lounge offers guests a relaxing place to unwind with a cocktail, light meal or late-night snack.
Wyndham Garden Fallsview Niagara Falls is conveniently situated only nine miles from Ontario’s Niagara Falls International Airport and just 20 miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport in New York. Its prime location puts guests within walking distance of Horseshoe Falls, which, along with the American Falls, makes up North America’s famous Niagara Falls.
