Bagatelle Las Vegas Will Open Las Vegas’ First Supper Club

Bagatelle Las Vegas has enhanced plans for its newest endeavor to include Las Vegas’ first true supper club.  The group will still introduce to Las Vegas the multi-sensory Bagatelle day and night club resort experience—including the original Bagatelle Champagne party brunch made famous in New York's Meatpacking District—but have restructured the operation to optimize the interior space by creating Bagatelle Bistro, as a seven-day-a-week supper club. With the additional work needed to create the Supper club including the building of a new full service kitchen the project has revised the opening date to 1st August.

What was initially scheduled to be used as a nightclub three days a week will now serve as Bagatelle Bistro’s supper club – open seven days a week for dinner – transforming into a night club as evening takes over the Las Vegas Strip.  New kitchens adjacent to the club are currently being constructed to accommodate what will be a several-hundred seat space restaurant that includes two private dining areas overlooking the supper club as well as incorporating the 240 seat outdoor terrace restaurant overlooking the stunning pool deck.

"We had originally planned to provide our partners with a vacant piece of real estate on the ground floor of our casino level in order to build a new Bagatelle Bistro, but due to the overwhelming success we are having at the New Tropicana Las Vegas, that location will be served better for a future expansion to be announced at a later date.” said Tom Recine, Vice President of Food & Beverage, Entertainment & Retail for the New Tropicana Las Vegas.  “We were very happy that we were able to offer them additional space closer to the current club in order for them to build new kitchens and optimize that location seven days a week.”

Bagatelle has most recently made its mark on Los Angeles and St. Barth’s, with Champagne-fueled afternoons that transport guests to the South of France. The new Bagatelle New York opens June 15th.  In Las Vegas, the daytime Bagatelle Beach experience will include a full day club, offering Mediterranean dining, daybeds for lounging and a variety of other beachside activities including dinner-and-a-movie, volleyball courts that can be transformed into a beach soccer field, bocce ball court, DJ sets and live entertainment; plus the legendary Bagatelle Brunch that is one of the weekend’s most coveted reservations at any Bagatelle location; where guests come for the food and stay for the party. The facility will also be home to Las Vegas’s newest outdoor concert venue with a capacity in excess of 3,000 people.
