Brown Nester Hospitality Services – “The Most Trusted Name in Hotel Brokerage” – today announced that real estate development industry veteran Gary Rito will become president of Brown Nester Florida LLC, further expanding the company’s comprehensive collection of services.

Already offering brokerage, management, revenue management, marketing, brand affiliation and insurance resources that increase the overall asset value of a hotel, Brown Nester now adds vast experience in full-service commercial/industrial/retail/residential and municipal real estate services.

Rito, who is based in Coral Springs, FL, joins Brown Nester after serving as president of LMC Development, LLC, a full-service real estate development company in Boca Raton, FL, for the past eight years. Prior to LMC, he was director of development for Codina Development Corp., in Coral Gables, where he directed development activities on commercial, industrial, and build-to-suit projects in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Rito’s background also includes 20 years of service as vice president of development for Draper and Kramer Inc., a national, full-service real estate company founded in 1893.

“Brown Nester takes great pride in servicing the hospitality industry and offering so much more than just brokerage services. The addition of Gary and his expertise in real estate development now adds yet another level of service that we can provide,” said Brown Nester President Chuck Nester.

University of Central Florida graduate and AH&LA CLM certified real estate analyst Brendan Moyle will also join Rito as a sales associate with the company.
