The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain is pleased to announce that it has completed an $875,000 expansion of its meeting space to now offer 7,500 total square feet of unique event space.
The Westin Riverfront’s new Gondola Ballroom features more than 2,800 square feet of flexible space with expansive windows and opens up onto the Westin’s Gondola Plaza, the perfect spot for an outdoor luncheon, reception or team-building event. The space is located just steps from the resort’s ski valet and Riverfront Express Gondola, offering easy access for attendees to enjoy a quick ski break on Beaver Creek Mountain. It can accommodate up to 275 people and be divided into three separate rooms.
The Westin Riverfront also now offers the Lift Café, which can host up to 40 people for a breakout session, breakfast meeting, luncheon or rehearsal dinner. The resort also offers the Whitewater Lounge, which can hold a smaller event or executive board meeting of up to 20 people.
The new space compliments The Westin Riverfront’s existing 4,000 square foot Riverside Ballroom, which offers floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular Beaver Creek views and can be divided into four rooms and accommodate up to 350 people. Adjacent to the Riverside Ballroom is a 2,000-square-foot outdoor banquet terrace, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped Riverfront Wedding Lawn and the Eagle River. The resort also offers the kayak-themed Rapids Room, with boardroom seating for up to 16 people.
