JetBlue Airways Reports Oct ‘09 Traffic

Airways Corporation (Nasdaq: JBLU) reported today that its traffic in October increased 7.2 percent from October 2008, on a capacity increase of 7.1 percent.

Load factor for October 2009 was 80.8 percent, an increase of 0.1 points from October 2008. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.8 percent and its on-time (1) performance was 82.8 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of October decreased ten percent year over year.
